According to TripAdvisor, Hotel 99, the newest hotel in the Upper West Side was given with a 3.5 star rating from their guests. But this rating is arguably high for a place like Hotel 99 since this was just actually a budget New York City hotel.

For budget travelers, this hotel could be one of the best hotels to accommodate. However, being just a below average hotel, you don’t have no choice but only to expect what you have paid for, if not less.

For a 2-star hotel like the 254 East Vacation Hotel, a 3.5 star rating given by guests is already like an achievement for the hotel especially when this is based from TripAdvisor. Even so, if you would someday check in to this hotel, just don’t expect too much. On the other hand, better expect only the worth of your money. No more, no less.
Probably the main reason why it was given with an above average rating in TripAdvisor is its deluxe and very stylish setting that is really compatible with its location in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, one of the wealthiest neighborhood in the US.

It has 10 apartments whose interior are decorated with revived style of classical furniture that guests will really appreciate. But, just in case you don’t have the interest with these kind of artistic designs, you can have the Central Park to burn your time or visit Museum Mile which is close to the hotel, just 10-15 minutes’ walk away.
To top it all, this is a very welcoming hotel for a guest who wants to spend vacation in lovely Manhattan. But, just like what is brought up a while ago, just don’t expect that you can receive something higher than the money you are going to pay.
